Choose the correct warehouse route
This storefront separates UK and EU markets. UK warehouse listings use GBP and are for UK delivery. German warehouse listings use EUR and are for EU destinations; they do not ship to the UK. Select the regional catalog for your delivery address. Language and warehouse market are separate: English-language EU pages still use the German warehouse route.
Treat the displayed delivery figure as an estimate
The current estimate is £69 for one UK pallet or €89 for one EU pallet. These are not guaranteed freight quotes and do not establish the cost of multiple pallets or a truckload. Confirm the destination, dimensions, weight, unloading arrangements and any remote-area or access charges. Ask for a separate quote for larger orders.
Prepare the delivery information
Provide the postcode, business or residential address type, opening hours and contact arrangements. Explain whether a forklift, loading bay or tail-lift service is needed. Check vehicle access, door widths and the surface where the pallet will be unloaded. Agree dispatch timing in writing rather than assuming next-day delivery from a catalog image.
Confirm VAT and invoice details before payment
VAT treatment for this catalog is not confirmed, and displayed delivery estimates do not include confirmed VAT. Request an invoice or quote showing the applicable tax treatment. Cross-border business purchases may require valid business and VAT details, depending on the transaction. Consult a qualified adviser for your circumstances; this guide is not tax advice.
The single-pallet UK delivery estimate is £69. Multiple pallets and truckloads need a separate quote. Confirm current availability, contents, collection arrangements and VAT before committing to an order.
