Compare the same sale unit
A listing may be priced per pallet, box, fixed quantity or truckload. Confirm the exact unit and count before comparing prices. A truckload does not have a universal pallet count: vehicle size, pallet dimensions, weight and stacking restrictions affect capacity. Request the actual load plan and manifest rather than assuming that a photograph represents the entire order.
Choose an order your operation can process
An individual pallet may be easier to inspect, sort and store when testing a category. Larger orders need more space, working capital and staff time, and can contain a wider condition mix. Estimate how many units you can inspect and list each week. Allow space for repairs, packaging, returns and unsold stock. A lower headline unit price does not compensate for stock you cannot process or sell.
Obtain a separate freight and unloading quote
The displayed single-pallet delivery estimate is not a truckload quote. Provide the destination postcode, pallet dimensions and weights, site access and unloading equipment. Confirm whether the vehicle needs a booking slot and whether a forklift or other equipment is required. UK-market orders use the UK route; EU-market orders dispatch from Germany within the EU. The EU route does not deliver to the UK.
Confirm terms before scaling up
Obtain written confirmation of current availability, exact contents, grading, minimum order, VAT, delivery charges and the damage or shortage claim procedure. Ask whether substitutions are allowed and whether the manifest is exact or estimated. Model profit using realistic saleable quantities and all costs, not advertised retail values. This guide is general buying advice, not a promise of stock, discount, delivery timing or resale profit.
The single-pallet UK delivery estimate is £69. Multiple pallets and truckloads need a separate quote. Confirm current availability, contents, collection arrangements and VAT before committing to an order.
